	A privately owned lake-front vacation retreat in North Hatley, first built in the early 1900's and gradually enlarged and expanded. The lodge and cottage are set amid peaceful English style gardens and open woodlands beside a gurgling brook which tumbles into the clear waters of Lake Massawippi. • • • A non-smoking environment where children and pets are welcome!

Activities for the year 'round...

Summer -

• There are numerous summer activites available in our local area of Québec's Eastern Townships, including golf, swimming, boating, tennis, hiking, birding and fishing to mention a few.

Winter -

• Several world class alpine ski mountains are within a few miles drive. Numerous well groomed cross-country trails are also easily accessed locally as are show-shoeing trails, and ice-fishing.

All year 'round -
• There are many excellent dining opportunities within easy reach of our site both in North Hatley, Magog, Sherbrooke and the surrounding region.
